ตำรวจสอบสวนกลางออกมาเตือนภัยผ่านเพจ Facebook สำหรับผู้ใช้มือถือ iPhone ให้ระวังหากมีการแจ้งเตือนข้อความให้ “รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน” โดยย้ำว่า ห้ามกดอนุญาตโดยเด็ดขาด
ในโพสต์เตือนภัยระบุว่า หากผู้ใช้ iPhone ได้รับข้อความแจ้งเตือนในลักษณะว่า “รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน ใช้ iPhone เครื่องนี้เพื่อรีเซ็ทรหัสผ่าน Apple ID” โดยที่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการใด ๆ หรือได้รับข้อความว่า “Apple ID Sign in Requested” พร้อมกับมีการแสดงตำแหน่งแปลก ๆ ที่ไม่เคยไปมาก่อน หรืออยู่ต่างประเทศ ขอให้ระมัดระวังอย่างยิ่ง
ตำรวจสอบสวนกลางขอเตือนว่า หากพบเจอการแจ้งเตือนในลักษณะดังกล่าว อย่ากดอนุญาตโดยเด็ดขาด
ทั้งนี้ หากไม่อนุญาตแล้ว ตำรวจแนะนำให้รีบเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน บังคับให้ทุกอุปกรณ์ออกจากระบบ และเปิดการเข้าระบบแบบ 2 ชั้น (2FA) ในทันที เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัย
